Bistro Moulin (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information our website collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only, not the separate services we link to.
Information you give us
When you send us an event request, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, company, event details, date, times, number of guests and budget. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your questions, plan your event and take care of your visit. We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Services we work with
- Reservations are made through Tock, a separate booking service. Information you give when booking is handled under Tock’s own privacy policy.
- Event requests are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
- Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our map links open Google Maps. Google may receive your IP address when this happens.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting doesn’t change how this site works, because we don’t track visitors across other websites.
Keeping your information
We keep event requests and emails only as long as we need them to respond to you and plan your event. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
